Trip to Wilmington.

I've been wanting to post a few images from a recent trip of ours. A few weeks ago, we went to visit Bryan and Audrey, our dear friends in Wilmington. Downtown Wilmington is a really awesome place. Here are a few shots downtown and a couple of their sweet dog Coral.

Making Changes.

Hey Everyone,

Please bare with me. I'm trying to make some changes to my blog. I know absolutely nothing about Html. My main goal is to make my images larger. I'm making some progress.

Also coming soon, are some pictures of me. I have a friend in town and she was nice enough to take some pictures of me yesterday for my website and blog. I'll probably have something put together by Monday.

Great Session!!

I had so much fun with this family. We were blessed with a beautiful evening. Two in one, a few family shots and an engagement session for Colleen and Chris. You guys are such a cute couple. Thanks for being good sports and getting your feet wet. Hope you guys enjoy the sneak peak.

Busy Weekend Ahead....

It has been an extremely busy week. Working on the website, and trying to get prepared for the weekend. I'm so excited. Starting this evening off with a Family Session and Engagement Session on the beach. They are bringing there dog! FUN:) Then I'll be leaving tonight for Raleigh. Tomorrow is a really big day. I have been invited by a dear friend, Leslie Mills to photograph a very special wedding. Ellen LeRoy, another special friend will be there as well. I feel so blessed to have this opportunity. You will know what I mean when you see the pictures. I'll do my best to post some on Monday, so stay tuned.

Getting Closer....

Please bare with me. I'm still working on tweaking a few minor things on my website before I start loading images. I would love to have everything done by Friday before I went out of town. Stay tuned. In the mean time, I have uploaded a couple of slideshows under the slideshow tab on my home page. If you'd like, take a look.

Casey and Troy

What a great Session! I had been looking forward to this session for weeks. We had originally scheduled our session for Saturday, but the weather was not on our side. The wind was blowing so hard and it was rainy. It was worth the wait. We had beautiful weather yesterday. Everything was perfect, even the sunset. Thanks Casey and Troy. Today is a busy day. I have two portrait sessions, but so excited about both. Here are some of my favorites of little Miss Kayla. She is absolutely adorable. I think it was the first time I've had to do a session at 12:30, but, I'm very happy with the results. Enjoy. I'll post a link to her whole gallery soon.

Ok, I'm one of those. I'm crazy about my dog. So I've been looking into getting a few more lenses. I was visiting a dear friend today, Ellen LeRoy, an amazing photographer of Emerald Isle and she generously let me borrow her 85mm f/1.8. I've got to get used to it, but here are a few images I got today of Molly. I think this will be great for detail at weddings and for portraits. But Molly wouldn't sit still for me.

Ok, I know I'm a bit behind in discovering You Tube. I've heard about it, but never looked into it. My brother and sister showed me this video the other night and it is soooo.... funny.
