Playing Catch up!

Wow! It's been a long time since I've made a post. The main reason for this is I've been extremely busy not only with sessions and weddings, but I've also been working with a designer to create a brand new look for Casey Futrell Photography. I'm so excited about my new logo and can't wait to see it all come together with a brand new website:)

Well, I thought I'd post a few pictures today. Just a sneak peak of whats been happening:) I took one image from almost every thing I've done since my last post. I have left a few events out, just because they have been done in the last few days. One being a family of 28. WOW! I will definitely share a few of those images with you.

So stay tuned to see the new site, Brand new images and a fresh new look! I won't be doing much blogging until then for I'm working hard on getting this new site looking great.

2008 Beer and Wine FEST

Ok, so I have been a little behind on my blog posting lately. But, I do have a good excuse. I've been extremely busy planning for something great. Mark your calendars for an upcoming event that I am soooooo.... excited about. Saturday May 31st from 12:00-4:00 come join the fun at the Beer and Wine Fest at Christina's Collectibles in Cedar Point. There will be some really talented local vender's. Christina and Erica next door have teamed up to plan what I know will be an awesome event.

I'll also have a tent set up displaying some of my work and doing a drawing for some free give aways. Lot's of fun, great music, yummy food, refreshing beverages and some very talented vender's. Don't miss it. Look forward to seeing you there and so excited to see the outcome of this event. I know it's going to be a great success!!!!!!!

I'm heading out of town today for Ellen's brothers wedding, that I'm so excited about doing with Leslie Ann Mills. So, with that said, I'll be back next week with some exciting new post.

Heading to Asheville, NC

Just wanted to touch base and let you guys know I'll be gone for the weekend. I'm heading to Asheville early in the morning for a wedding with Ellen LeRoy. I feel so blessed. I love my job. I will definitely be posting on this event. Can't wait! And best of all, my hubby gets to travel with me:-)

Making Changes.

Hey Everyone,

Please bare with me. I'm trying to make some changes to my blog. I know absolutely nothing about Html. My main goal is to make my images larger. I'm making some progress.

Also coming soon, are some pictures of me. I have a friend in town and she was nice enough to take some pictures of me yesterday for my website and blog. I'll probably have something put together by Monday.

Busy Weekend Ahead....

It has been an extremely busy week. Working on the website, and trying to get prepared for the weekend. I'm so excited. Starting this evening off with a Family Session and Engagement Session on the beach. They are bringing there dog! FUN:) Then I'll be leaving tonight for Raleigh. Tomorrow is a really big day. I have been invited by a dear friend, Leslie Mills to photograph a very special wedding. Ellen LeRoy, another special friend will be there as well. I feel so blessed to have this opportunity. You will know what I mean when you see the pictures. I'll do my best to post some on Monday, so stay tuned.

Getting Closer....

Please bare with me. I'm still working on tweaking a few minor things on my website before I start loading images. I would love to have everything done by Friday before I went out of town. Stay tuned. In the mean time, I have uploaded a couple of slideshows under the slideshow tab on my home page. If you'd like, take a look.

Ok, I've got a couple of things going on this week. I'm working on updating my website. Not a huge change, but somewhat. New colors, new images and a slight new layout. I'm also going to be adding my blog.
